Chef Vijud (@gastrofiresage) was born in Madras and ancestrally from the Nilgiri rainforest. Went to chef school in India and has travelled the world gaining culinary knowledge along the way. Moved to Canada 5 years ago. His train of thought goes to how the cycle of nature affects our food, his brain is going to wild directions of how we think and look at food. Vijud has seen good success with his previous pop up and bring a unique perspective to the Calgary culinary scene.
