The first time Dave and I tried Blind Enthusiasm we knew we needed to get our hands on more of their beer. We were blown away!

Based in Edmonton, the beers from @blindenthusiasmbeer we will be exploring will be from The Monolith, their brewery and barrel house that was designed from the ground up that creates complex, acidic beers via barrel fermentation. (Folks often refer to these as “sour” beers, but they make a specific type of beer in this fairly broad category). The Monolith is one of a handful of facilities in North America that is dedicated to this style of brewing. Head brewer Doug Checknita applies both the art and science of brewing to create beers that can age for years and compete with the finest wines.
Why are they doing all of this? Because they love beer and want to share what we make with as many people as possible.

Lethbridge - we get to be these lucky people on June 20!! Once again Randel will be creating a 4 course meal pairing to accompany 4 beautifully unique beers from @blindenthusiasmbeer .
At the minute, you cannot find these beers anywhere in Lethbridge and we are ecstatic to have them join us and pour their beers!
You will also have the opportunity to purchase some of their beers afterwards.
