Meet Natalia! 

I’m Natalia, the owner and founder of Sonora Tortillas. I was born and raised in Sonora, Mexico and I started Sonora Tortillas as a way to share the flavours and food I grew up with here in Lethbridge.

For me, Mexican food is about much more than just a meal, it’s about family, tradition, and bringing people together. I make my tortillas, salsas, guacamole, and other favourites with the same love and care I grew up seeing in my own home.

I’m so excited to bring Sonora Tortillas to Steel & Vines for this special pop-up, where I’ll be cooking Al pastor  tacos, my famous Barbacoa, serving Tres Leches Cake and sharing a little piece of Sonora with the Lethbridge community.

I can’t wait to feed you!
